Lâu nay trên mạng xã hội, nhiều ý kiến phê phán, tranh cãi về Sách giáo khoa (SGK) Cánh Diều. Tôi không ý kiến gì vì không có cuốn sách nào trong tay, cũng chả đi mua sách làm gì, vì không có cháu nào học sinh…

Nay đọc báo Tiếng Dân thấy bài của Mai Bá Kiếm: “Không có triết lý về “trí dục” và “đức dục” thì đừng viết sách giáo khoa”! Tôi thấy tác giả phê phán một số điểm trong SGK Cánh Diều là đích đáng.

Nhưng tôi chú ý đến cái slogan trên “biển quảng cáo”: “Mang cuộc sống vào bài học – Đưa bài học vào cuộc sống”, trong buổi GS Nguyễn Minh Thuyết trình bày gì đó.

Tôi xin nói ngay cái “Tư tưởng xuyên suốt của bộ sách là “Mang cuộc sống vào bài học – Đưa bài học vào cuộc sống” là sai căn bản, rất nhảm nhí. Từ cái “tư tưởng xuyên suốt” tào lao nên sách mới lắm chuyện nhảm nhí như nhiều người đã phê phán. Tôi tin rằng cái “tư tưởng xuyên suốt” đã vớ vẩn thì trong sách hẳn còn nhiều cái nhăng nhít nữa.

Cái câu này là thó từ câu của Đảng: Đưa cuộc sống vào Nghị quyết và đưa Nghị quyết vào cuộc sống. Tưởng trưng cái khẩu hiệu của Đảng ra thì sách đặc quánh “tính đảng”, chả thằng nào, con nào còn dám chê nữa. Nhưng chính cái đó mới dẫn đến SAI LẦM CĂN BẢN.

Cuộc sống của trẻ em là ĂN UỐNG, NGỦ NGHỈ, VỆ SINH, VUI CHƠI, GIAO TIẾP, HỌC HÀNH, TẬP LUYỆN…tất cả đều chứa đựng nội dung giáo dục; tức là hướng dẫn học sinh hiểu biết và làm những cái đó cho đúng, cho đẹp, thành thục theo những chuẩn mực văn minh. Giáo dục chính là cuộc sống của học sinh, còn “mang vào”, “đưa ra” gì nữa? Đừng ngụy biện nữa!

Giáo dục vừa đảm bảo cái chung phù hợp với mỗi lứa tuổi trẻ em, nhưng lại phải tôn trọng đặc điểm của mỗi cá nhân để mỗi em phát triển, lớn khôn trở thành chính mình. Mỗi cá nhân là một cá thể độc đáo, có một không hai (trừ những em sinh đôi cùng trứng). Bắt em này phải “phấn đấu” giống như em kia, không được sống cuộc sống thực là mình, đó là dã man, vô nhân đạo.
